In 2016 Myself and Becks Clark set up Parent Apparel Ltd - a clothing brand for parents. The brand was set up and launched through Instagram (developing an online community of 30K + followers) targeting parents and providing some light-hearted, stylish clobber for the modern day family.
The original off-beat and eye-catching designs were aimed at injecting colour and humour to the highs and lows of everyday parenting.
The brand ran for three years working and collaborating with some of Instagram’s top parenting influencers. It was worn by many celebrities and appeared in a lot of mainstream press (and was even featured on ITV’s This Morning). @parentapparel
Putting Parent Apparel together from concept to inception and everything in between was a brilliant experience to completely understand what a small business faces bringing a brand to market, how to promote it on social media and how important content is to today’s consumers.
